Venn Pathways Outreach

A Bespoke Educational Experience Tailored for Every Child

Venn Pathways Outreach is a unique and dynamic provision offered by Venn Boulevard Centre, designed to provide highly personalised learning and support for pupils who require an alternative to traditional schooling. This truly bespoke service is crafted around each child’s individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring that their social, emotional and mental health needs are at the heart of everything we do.

This provision also fulfils the school’s remote education offer, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils who are unable to attend on site. Remote education is carefully planned, delivered by qualified teachers, and aligned with the school’s curriculum to ensure pupils continue to make appropriate academic and personal progress.

Our offer includes:

  • Virtual learning delivered by skilled and experienced teachers
  • Community-based support and mentoring
  • One-to-one Life Coach guidance to build confidence, resilience and independence
  • Life skills development to prepare pupils for adulthood
  • Targeted academic sessions, especially in English and Maths, tailored to each pupil’s pace and interests
  • Small group and individualised teaching from highly specialist staff

We also offer 12-week virtual assessment placements for permanently excluded pupils. These placements support the local authority in identifying the most appropriate next steps in education while ensuring the pupil remains engaged in high-quality learning. Alongside core subjects, we provide therapeutic interventions where needed to address underlying SEMH needs.

Venn Pathways Outreach reflects our belief that the future of education is personalised, flexible and inclusive.

The future of education is here — and it’s happening now at Venn Boulevard Centre.
