🏸 A smashing morning for Port Class! 🏸
After trying badminton last week and loving it, Port Class headed to Costello for an enriching morning on the court.
It was fantastic to see all pupils developing their skills, working together in different teams and encouraging one another throughout the session. Most importantly, everyone showed great enthusiasm for healthy exercise and giving something new a go.
The session also helped strengthen relationships within the class and provided a well-deserved opportunity to recharge after working so hard in lessons.
Well done, Port Class! 👏🏸💚

As part of their Geography topic on Conservation, Anchor class visited Yorkshire Wildlife Park to see the work of conservationists in action and learn more about the importance of protecting endangered species and habitats.
We were lucky enough to have lots of the animals come out to see us, giving pupils a fantastic opportunity to observe them up close and make real-life links to their learning.
A brilliant day of exploration, discovery and learning beyond the classroom!
