🌟 Today's WRAP: Understanding Stressors & Triggers 🌟

Today, our students took a deep dive into identifying their own stressors and how these impact their feelings. We emphasised an important lesson: while we can't eliminate stressors from our daily lives, being aware of what triggers discomfort, anger, anxiety, or stress can empower us to manage our reactions and navigate negative emotions more effectively.

Together, we created a Stressor Action Plan using our WRAP skills, fostering a proactive approach to handling life's challenges.

It was heartwarming to see all students participate and engage fully in the session. Your openness and willingness to share made it a truly lovely experience!
